Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events following her decision to quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the competition. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She usually warms up first before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
